Dave and Lois Cho founded CHO Wines in Oregon’s Willamette Valley in 2020, focusing on Pinot Noir and sparkling wine. They believe they are the first Korean-American winery in the state. While they didn’t set out to be first in that, or cultivate a market for Asian American consumers, it just worked out that way.
