What do you call a room with more than 200 wineries pouring their best? At Wine Spectator, it’s called the Grand Tour. The celebrated series of walk-around tastings showcasing the world’s most outstanding wines returns this spring, with three exclusive events across the U.S., each offering guests the opportunity to taste more than 200 wines rated 90 points or higher by Wine Spectator editors.

This year’s Tour will stop in Denver, San Diego and Tampa. The latter two cities are first-time Grand Tour destinations. It’s also the first time the Tour has travelled to California since 2013.

What to Expect?

At each Grand Tour stop, guests will experience an immersive walk-around tasting with wines spanning red, white, rosé, sparkling and dessert. For many wine lovers, the evening offers a rare opportunity to taste bucket-list wines—bottles they’ve read about, collected or dreamed of trying—side by side.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet winemakers and other winery representatives from around the globe, gaining firsthand insight into the stories and craftsmanship behind the highly rated bottles.

A Global Lineup of Wineries

While lineups are still being finalized, here’s a few of the regions and wineries that will be represented at each event:

  • Argentina: Alta Vista, Catena Zapata, Zuccardi Valle de Uco
